By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Rezza Garage provides automotive inspection, service, repair, and related services carried out by qualified technicians. We reserve the right to decline any job at our discretion.
2. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are estimates based on information available at the time. Final price may vary if additional faults are found. We will contact you for approval before proceeding with any work beyond the original quote.
3. Authorisation
By leaving your vehicle with us, you authorise Rezza Garage to carry out the agreed work. Additional work requires your approval before we proceed.
4. Payment
Full payment is required upon collection. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. Vehicles may be held until payment is received in full.
5. Warranties
Parts carry a manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months or 20,000 km (whichever comes first) for faults directly attributable to our work, under normal operating conditions.
6. Uncollected Vehicles
Vehicles not collected within 7 days of completion notice may incur storage fees. Vehicles uncollected for 30 days may be dealt with under the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1961 (Vic).
7. Liability
Rezza Garage is not liable for pre-existing damage or faults unrelated to our work. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
9. Website Use
Content on rezzagarage.com.au is provided for general information only. We make no warranties about accuracy or completeness.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be on our website.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
